{"id":4427,"date":"2019-04-22T14:07:25","date_gmt":"2019-04-22T12:07:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mimirando.fr\/?p=4427"},"modified":"2019-04-27T10:14:06","modified_gmt":"2019-04-27T08:14:06","slug":"les-gaufres-de-liege-delyane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mimirando.fr\/?p=4427","title":{"rendered":"Les gaufres d&rsquo;Elyane"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Les gaufres de Li\u00e8ge d&rsquo;Elyane<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>90g de lait,23g de levure de boulanger(1\/2 cube) 250g de farine,1 pinc\u00e9e de sel,1 \u0153uf entier+1 jaune,130 g de beurre pommade et 130g de sucre perl\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Diluer la levure dans le lait<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les \u0153ufs, farine et sel en m\u00e9langeant<\/p>\n<p>Laisser reposer environ 30 mn \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ce repos la p\u00e2te doit avoir lev\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Incorporer le beurre doucement(avec les mains pour bien l&rsquo;int\u00e9grer&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Terminer avec le sucre perl\u00e9(les grains restent entier,normal,ils fondent au chaud!)<\/p>\n<p>Ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas c&rsquo;est une p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e et non liquide!<\/p>\n<p>Diviser alors la p\u00e2te en 16\/18 p\u00e2tons et les laisser reposer environ 10 mn<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer le gaufrier et mettez 1 p\u00e2ton dans chaque empreinte.Laissez cuire environ 5 mn, ils doivent \u00eatre bien color\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>Refroidir sur grille et saupoudrer de sucre glace<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9galez vous \u00e0 la fin d&rsquo;une balade!<\/p>\n<p>PS\/cette recette n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e \u00e0 la main mais au Thermomix.
